All competitions are social with an emphasis on fun and enjoyment rather then a competitive nature.

There are two seasons Winter (April - September) and Summer (September - April) with the competition pausing for the school holiday periods.

Teams pay a $27 season nomination fee and then each player pays $7.50 per game. Players need to play 60% of their games to be eligible to play in semi-finals and finals, where the winners receive prizes for winning their competition.

Competition draws and results are posted in the Western Advocate every week as part of their sponsorship agreement.

A mixed social Multisports competition currently consisting of 2 pools totalling 18 teams is held on Monday evenings.

A different sport is played each week; soccer, netball, basketball, volleyball and dodgeball (only recently introduced).

Games are 40 minutes long in duration commencing at 6pm and the last game finishes at 9:45pm, allowing 9 games to be played throughout the night.

The finals series consists of 10 minutes of each sport (soccer, netball, basketball, volleyball and dodgeball) being played concurrently and the team that wins of the most mini games is declared the winner.
