The Bathurst Indoor Sports Stadium consists of 2 main multi-operational stadiums each having 2 courts, joined together by offices, storage rooms, a canteen and toilets/change rooms.

The courts can have any combination of the following sports;

  • 4 x Basketball Courts
  • 4 x Netball Courts
  • 5 x Volleyball Courts
  • 2 x Indoor Soccer Courts
  • 3 x Badminton Courts

Other features of the facility include a grandstand (in Stadium1), male and female public toilets, male and female change rooms, two umpiring rooms (furnished with chairs, tables, and cupboards), one meeting room (furnished with chairs, tables, and cupboards), two sports storage rooms (for various sporting equipment) and three furnished offices.

Ancillary Facilities

The stadium provides disabled access and close disabled parking bays. Each court has a control desk with individual scoreboard control. There is a tiered grandstand adjacent to court 1. A meeting room suitable for small functions or as an administrative control point is also available. In a seminar configuration, it can hold 15 people. Umpires/referees have their own change and small meeting rooms located adjacent to the main floor. There are showers in the men's and women's change rooms, storage facilities and offices.


The Canteen is located in the main foyer near the entrance and provides hot and cold drinks, ice creams, hot food and a wide selection of confectionery for patrons. Opposite the canteen is a Drink and Chip machine, which is accessible whilst the stadium is open, and utilised predominately when the canteen is closed during non-peak times.  


The Stadium has car-parking space for 100 vehicles with an overflow capacity for another 100 vehicles. A coach pick-up and set-down lane suitable for up to five coaches is located close to the main doors. Disabled parking spaces are available with ramp access to the main entrance.
